DEVELOPMENTAL MODEL

Our systematic player developmental model is the foundation of our program which best leads to long term growth for the player.  A player development approach ensures that a complete experience is realized.

We believe that players develop more effectively in an up tempo environment. As players progress through our system they will learn motion offense concepts which force them to develop the ability to make quick decisions in a game environment.  Defensively, players will learn how to play man to man pressure defense along with how to full court press and trap. This atmosphere most closely replicates the skills set needed to perform effectively at the high school level of play.
